Had great customer service and was shipped to New Zealand within a few days. Would absolutely recommend if your looking to buy any type of scope camera to go with these, super good quality for the price, I won’t be going back to triggercam after trying the two.

Fantastic scope camera

So I recently purchased the scope mate S 23 and I’ve been very impressed with its performance and quality. So far it has worked great for me and I will be using it quite a bit as a filming tool for content on my YouTube page.
Everything has been fantastic about it. One small suggestion I have found is while recording if you are plugged into a battery bank, it apparently sends some electrical signal through the audio, and the audio becomes unusable.. unfortunately the audio by itself even with no interference is not great, but I am more concerned about the picture quality than anything else and this has been superb. I look forward to using this for the foreseeable future.

Strongely suggest you NOT to turn on the camera if it is charging the battery! Take out the 18650 battery if you plug in the power bank to turn on the device to recording, or buy an additional back up 18605 battery. When power bank is plug in, it not only power on the device, it also charge the 18650 battery, had better to turn off the device once you want to charge the battery.

Excellent Quality & Battery life

I have several scope cams ( triggercam 2.1, sideshot, eaglevision with Gopro) , the scopemate cam s28 has more features than I expected , the huge battery capacity is extremely useful as I spend several hours outdoor shooting , I tested it for continous recording for over 3 hours and still green 🤩 , other cameras I had never lasted more than 1.5 hours, it can record 4k @ 60fps which is outstanding, and it can occupy 512gb of SD card.
It seemed to me that it supports high speed charging as it was charged very fast when I connected my 2.0a charger 👍🏻
It has a light weight, lighter than its competitors (about 300g)

The wifi transfer speed is good but not great, I had hoped to have more than 8mb/s speed, I would have loved it if it connects by Bluetooth instead but that will restrict iOS devices 😕

The Mic is good but not great, it can record high sounds like the gun shot but it will not record small sounds like your voice So if you are giving an educational session it wont record your voice properly even if you set senstivity high and open the top cover and there is a faint creeking sound in the background, I am not sure if its because of static environment around me or if its the cam itself.

The customer support is very helpful and quick responsive 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
